Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

Is RallyQ really 100% free for players?

Yes! Players never pay a subscription fee to find courts, join digital paddle queues, use the basic Team Balancer (up to 8 players), or look up daily Official USA Pickleball rules. If you play frequently, RallyQ Pro waives convenience booking fees and gives you priority waitlist queue jumps.

What payment methods are supported in the Philippines?

We natively support GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards, and manual bank transfer verification for Philippine pickleball facilities.

What is the Club Captain ₱49 Single-Session Pass?

If you are hosting a one-off meetup, clinic, or weekend club tournament and don't want a monthly subscription, you can unlock full 40-player team balancing and automated GCash RSVP ledgers for a single 4-hour window for only ₱49.

Do I need special hardware for the TV Court Display?

No special hardware required! Any smart TV with an internet browser, FireStick/Chromecast, or laptop hooked up via HDMI can run the RallyQ Live TV court queue instantly. We also offer a pre-configured Plug-and-Play TV Stick bundle for ₱2,500.
